For example, my wife and I got the new Motorola DroidX from Amazon.com and set them up on the Verizon plan through Lightyear. It took a little setting up but now it’s worth it.

Are There Any Hidden Fees?

No. There are the regular taxes and misc. charges that would be on any other cell phone bill, but nothing out of the ordinary. Also, depending on what phone plan you get there may be extra charges for things like internet or texting. For example, on my DroidX I added the data package and the basic texting. The data package is $40 per month and the texting is $5 per month. So that’s $45 per month plus taxes and fees for each phone. I don’t know of anyone else that gets 2 DroidX’s with all the extras for $90 per month plus tax and miscellaneous fees. If I had have been able to get Sprint prepaid where I live the text and data packages would have been included.

How Do I Sign Up?

First, you need to decide whether you want to just be a customer or if you want to be a representative.
